Baseball Recap: Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Waterville-Elysian-Morristown's offense. They came up short against the Sibley East Wolverines on Monday, falling 10-0. The Buccaneers just can't catch a break and have now endured seven losses in a row.

Waterville-Elysian-Morristown's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Sibley East, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Waterville-Elysian-Morristown will square off against Medford at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sibley East, they will head out to square off against Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
