While Our Lady of Mount Carmel might've come up empty on Tuesday, Erin Martin wasn't going down without a fight. Martin wasn't messing around, striking out ten batters over 4.2 innings while giving up three earned (and five unearned) runs off only two hits. The pitching appearance was her third straight with seven or more strikeouts.
