Volleyball Recap: Lewis & Clark's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Lewis & Clark had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Cheney on Tuesday. The Tigers put the hurt on the Blackhawks with a sharp 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Tigers sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

One reason for the win was Lewis & Clark's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18, 25-17.

Lewis & Clark now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Cheney, their loss dropped their record down to 10-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lewis & Clark will host Mt. Spokane at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cheney, they will welcome Central Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Blackhawks are facing the Bears at the right time seeing as the Bears are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
