Soccer Recap: Lima Christian Comes Up Short

Lima Christian lost against Friendship back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Saints fell just short of the Golden Eagles by a score of 1-0. Lima Christian have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Lima Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7-1. As for Friendship, they pushed their record up to 4-7-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Lima Christian will face off against Perry at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Friendship, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bolivar-Richburg at 5:00 p.m. on the 17th.
