Basketball Recap: Ray Takes a Loss

Ray was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a hard 58-41 fall against the Divide County Maroons. The Ray Jays were probably out for revenge after losing 37-25 to them when the teams met back in February, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Ray's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Divide County, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Ray and South Heart will face off at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Divide County, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against MonDak [Westby/Grenora] at 5:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
