The Episcopal Maroon will challenge the Saint John Paul the Great Catholic Wolves at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Episcopal was fully in charge, breezing past Madeira 51-23.

Princess Akojenu continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7 for 15 on her way to 16 points in addition to seven boards and three steals. Her evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Shai James, who posted 13 points.
Episcopal smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive rebounds in five consecutive games.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Saint John Paul the Great Catholic). They came out on top against Trinity Christian by a score of 55-43 back in December of 2024. Winning may never get old, but the Wolves sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
Episcopal better keep an eye on Nina Velandria. She was instrumental in Saint John Paul the Great Catholic's win, going 8 of 10 on her way to 22 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave Velandria a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aylani Andrade, who had eight points and nine rebounds.
