Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Kenley Carter and Anne Howard Lead Waterford to Victory

Waterford won the last time they faced Maeser Prep Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Waterford Ravens came out on top against the Maeser Prep Academy Lions by a score of 34-24. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Ravens.

Waterford was led to victory by Anne Howard and Kenley Carter. Howard posted 15 points, while Carter earned nine points.

Despite the loss, Maeser Prep Academy saw an underclassman step up: freshman Lillian Nolan had nine points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. That was a full 37.5% of Maeser Prep Academy's points, marking the third time in a row she's scored more than a third of the team's points.
