Volleyball Game Preview: Everett Warriors vs. Berlin Brothersvalley Mountaineers

Everett hasn't had much luck against Berlin Brothersvalley recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Warriors will challenge the Mountaineers at 7:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

On Tuesday, Everett got the win against Northern Bedford County by a conclusive 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won five in a row.

The victory didn't come easy: Northern Bedford County scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-19, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Berlin Brothersvalley made easy work of Windber on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 win.

Berlin Brothersvalley was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-20, 25-17.

Everett's victory bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Berlin Brothersvalley, their win bumped their record up to 18-1-1.

Everett suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Berlin Brothersvalley in their previous meeting back in September. Can the Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
