The Warrensburg Burgers and the Hoosic Valley Indians squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the Warrensburg Burgers had to settle for second. They were outmatched by the Indians on the road and fell 69-32. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Warrensburg has scored all season.
Defeat or not, Warrensburg got some senior leadership from Caden Allen and Steve Schloss. Allen scored seven points, while Schloss. scored 14 points. That was a full 43.8% of Warrensburg's points, marking the eighth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Warrensburg's loss dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Hoosic Valley, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-7.
Warrensburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Hoosic Valley also has no future games currently scheduled.
