Volleyball Recap: Normandy Picks Up Fourth Straight Win at Home + How To Watch

Normandy's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hawken Hawks. The Invaders were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Hawks, so the Invaders were just returning the favor.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-14, 25-20.

Anais Valentin Rivera paced Normandy's offense, picking up 14 kills. Valentin Rivera got some help from Adriana Shelley and her 12 assists. Ariana Valentin Rivera controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Normandy pushed their record up to 6-7 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Hawken, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.

Normandy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Buckeye on the 16th. As for Hawken, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Orange on the 16th.
