Southlake Carroll had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 51-31 margin over the Keller Indians. Given the Dragons' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 142nd, while the Indians are ranked 382nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Southlake Carroll is also on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season. As for Keller, they dropped their record down to 12-14 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
