Basketball Recap: Forest Park Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Forest Park can now relate to. They took a 46-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Spencer Rebels on Wednesday. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rangers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 44-43 back in January.

Forest Park has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 13 of their last 17 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-15 record this season. As for South Spencer, their victory bumped their record up to 11-12.

Forest Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Spencer, they will take on North Posey at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. North Posey will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something South Spencer surely won't give up without a fight.
