Soccer Recap: Wai'anae Comes Up Short

Wai'anae lost against Mililani back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wai'anae Seariders came up short against the Mililani Trojans, falling 8-1. The Seariders' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Wai'anae's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Mililani, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wai'anae will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Leilehua at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Wai'anae is facing Leilehua at the right time seeing as Leilehua is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Mililani, they will square off against Waipahu at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
