Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Westminster). They blew past the Calvary Chapel Eagles 7-0 on Friday. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 325th, while the Eagles are ranked 1041st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Westminster has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those four games. As for Calvary Chapel, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.
