Basketball Recap: Lakeside Extends Winning Streak to Two

Lincoln came into Tuesday's game looking for another win against Lakeside, but Quentin Mosby wouldn't allow it. The Lions snuck past the Lynx with a 50-46 victory on Tuesday for which the team can thank Mosby, who shot 60% from the field on his way to 30 points and seven rebounds. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 21 points.

Lakeside has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 59.5 points this season. As for Lincoln, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Lakeside will challenge Nathan Hale at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lincoln, they will square off against Ingraham at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
