Softball Recap: Mcnary Falls Short Against Ranked Ridgeview

McNary faced Ridgeview in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Celtics fell just short of the Ravens by a score of 2-1. The contest marked the Celtics' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

McNary is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-3. Even worse, they were so close so many times: the defeats came by an average of only 1.67 runs. As for Ridgeview, the win keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

McNary wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 17-0 victory against Putnam on the 9th. As for Ridgeview, they will take on Newberg at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
