Pecos gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They came out on top against the Snyder Tigers by a score of 36-28. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Among those leading the charge was Omar Salgado Jr, who rushed for 91 yards and one touchdown.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Pecos proved: they limited Snyder to a paltry 0.6 yards per carry.
