Factoring in results and schedule strength, MaxPreps partner Ned Freeman at
CalPreps.com has produced dynasty ratings for the top high school football programs in all 50 states.
Freeman's rating takes into account games going back to 2003, giving fans and readers and unmatched look at the high school football landscape over the past 15 years.
We head to the Pacific Northwest for a look at the state of Oregon, which has been balanced at the top with nine different schools winning state titles in the largest classification since 2003.
Jesuit has had plenty to celebrate in recent years, winning state titles in 2005, 2006 and 2015.
