Basketball Recap: Grandview Prep Piles Up the Points Against Greenacres Christian

There's no place like home for Grandview Prep, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They took their game on Monday with ease, bagging a 65-32 win over the Greenacres Christian Panthers. That 33 point margin sets a new team best for the Pride this season.

Ethan Mott was his usual excellent self, putting up 20 points along with seven boards and five steals. The contest was his fifth in a row with at least 20 points. Another player making a difference was Aaron Dunkley, who posted ten points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.

Several Panthers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Rahmello Makonnen, who earned 12 points. Makonnen is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 40% in the last six games he's played dating back to last season. JayQuan Robinson was another key player, scoring eight points and three steals.

Grandview Prep now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Greenacres Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.
