Softball Preview: San Juan Spartans vs. Woodland Christian Cardinals
The San Juan Spartans are taking a road trip to challenge the Woodland Christian Cardinals at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. San Juan has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the matchup with eight straight losses, while Woodland Christian will come in with nine straight victories.
Last Thursday, San Juan didn't have quite enough to beat Vacaville Christian and fell 8-7.

Woodland Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .524. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lindhurst only posted an OBP of .269.
Woodland Christian pushed their record up to 13-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for San Juan, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.
