Baseball Recap: Morristown Takes a Loss

Morristown was the 4-3 winner over Waldron when they last played one another on Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Yellow Jackets took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mohawks on Friday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Morristown's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Waldron, their victory ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-12.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Morristown will square off against rival Hauser at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Waldron is set to challenge their familiar foe Edinburgh at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
