Ellsworth typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday Trinity Academy proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Bearcats by a score of 2-0. Winning may never get old, but the Knights sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-16.

Dominique Schellenger paced Trinity Academy's offense, picking up ten kills. Schellenger got some help from Krista Eklund and her 22 assists.

Despite the loss, Ellsworth still got an impressive performance from Kelli Rodriguez, who had ten digs and two assists. Rodriguez is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Trinity Academy's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Ellsworth, their defeat ended a nine-match streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 15-4.

Trinity Academy has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Kingman on the 23rd. As for Ellsworth, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Lyons on the 23rd.
