Widefield was handed a heart-breaking three-point defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Harrison on Saturday. The Widefield Gladiators claimed a resounding 67-35 victory over the Harrison Panthers. The Gladiators have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 20 points or more this season.
Isabella Monk was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 41 points and ten rebounds. She has become a key player for Widefield: the team is 8-1 when she posts at least 15 points, but 6-8 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Zariah Ortiz, who posted seven points and three steals.
Widefield smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. They are 10-4 when they hit their own glass that hard.
