Football Recap: Lapeer Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lapeer fell victim to Dow and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a blow against the Chargers, falling 50-0. While losing is never fun, the Lightning can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 147th, while the Chargers are ranked 49th).

Lapeer is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6. As for Dow, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Lapeer will square off against Davison at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dow, they will welcome Midland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
