Cordova won the last time they faced Kennedy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lancers won by a set and slipped past the Cougars 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lancers.

Cordova's record is now 14-8. As for Kennedy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cordova will venture away from home to take on Grant at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Pacers will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Lancers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Kennedy, they will head out to challenge McClatchy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
