Football Game Preview: Kennard-Dale Rams vs. New Oxford Colonials

The Kennard-Dale Rams will challenge the New Oxford Colonials at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Kennard-Dale's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They strolled past Fleetwood with points to spare, taking the game 17-0. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Rams as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for New Oxford against Susquehannock on Friday as the team secured a 47-13 victory. Considering the Colonials have won four games by more than 21 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The win got Kennard-Dale back to even at 3-3. As for New Oxford, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.

Kennard-Dale took a serious blow against New Oxford in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 43-6. Thankfully for the Rams, Clayton Nieves (who rushed for 233 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 12.9 yards per carry) won't be suiting up this time.
