It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Daniel ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Pickens Blue Flame, sneaking past 7-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Lions have posted against the Blue Flame since April 21, 2017.
Addy Fraser spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and three unearned) runs on nine hits and racked up seven Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
