Basketball Recap: Life Center Academy Takes a Loss

Life Center Academy was the 98-33 winner over Shipley when they last played one another back in November of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Life Center Academy Warriors had to suffer through a 67-33 loss at the hands of Shipley. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 261st in New Jersey, while Shipley are ranked 71st in Pennsylvania).

Life Center Academy's defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Shipley, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-7.

Life Center Academy will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Saddle River Day at 7:00 p.m. As for Shipley, they are taking a road trip to face off against Hill School at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
