Volleyball Recap: Vista Grande Comes Up Short

Vista Grande lost against Catalina Foothills back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Spartans came up short against the Falcons, falling 3-0. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-13, 25-18.

Vista Grande's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Catalina Foothills, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Vista Grande will square off against rival Canyon del Oro at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Catalina Foothills is set to take on their familiar foe Maricopa at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
