San Luis won the last time they faced Kofa and things went their way on Thursday too. The Sidewinders came out on top against the Kings by a score of 6-3. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Sidewinders.

The team relied heavily on Carlos Gonzales, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. What's more, he posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024.

San Luis' victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Kofa, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season.

San Luis will head out to challenge Lake Havasu at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. The Knights' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Sidewinders' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Kofa, they will host Gila Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
