Volleyball Recap: Jordan-Matthews Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Jordan-Matthews was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Eastern Randolph Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-17, 17-25, 25-14.

Emily Dekaney paced Jordan-Matthews' offense, picking up 14 kills. Dekaney got some help from Maggy Jaimes-Pulido and her 19 assists. Dekaney was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Jordan-Matthews' loss dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Eastern Randolph, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-11.

As of now, neither Jordan-Matthews nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
