Basketball Game Preview: Lake Cormorant vs. Ridgeland Titans

Lake Cormorant will head out on the road to challenge the Ridgeland Titans at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Last Friday, Lake Cormorant was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 40-36 to Center Hill. The contest marked Lake Cormorant's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Ridgeland waltzed into their match on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They walked away with a 53-46 win over the Falcons.

Ridgeland's win came from a few key players Lake Cormorant will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Khameron Snow, who almost dropped a double-double with ten points and nine steals. That's the most steals he has posted since back in November of 2023. Phil Nelson was another key player, going 7 of 13 to rack up 16 points.

Lake Cormorant's defeat dropped their record down to 20-7. As for Ridgeland, their victory bumped their record up to 26-4.
