Soccer Recap: Highline Comes Up Short

Highline lost against Evergreen back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Pirates fell just short of the Wolverines by a score of 2-1. Highline have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Highline's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6-1. As for Evergreen, their victory bumped their record up to 10-5-1.

Looking ahead, Highline is taking a road trip to challenge Interlake at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Highline are facing Interlake at the right time seeing as Interlake are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Evergreen, they will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against Lindbergh at 11:00 a.m.
