Heritage has gone a perfect 10-0 against Knightdale recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Huskies will welcome the Knights at 6:00 p.m. Heritage will be strutting in after a win while Knightdale will be coming in after a defeat.

On Thursday, Heritage got the win against Vance County by a conclusive 3-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Heritage took every set by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-5, 25-2.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Heritage to victory, but perhaps none more so than Melody Beltran, who had eight aces and one assist. Those eight aces gave Beltran a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Julia Miller, who had five aces and two assists.

They weren't the only good servers: Heritage was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 28 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least seven aces in 16 consecutive contests.

Meanwhile, Knightdale came up short against Wake Forest on Thursday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-11, 25-14.

Heritage is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Knightdale, their loss dropped their record down to 4-14.

Heritage took their victory against Knightdale in their previous matchup on September 11th by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Huskies repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
