Softball Recap: St. Agnes' Victory on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

St. Agnes barely beat North Lakes Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Aggies' pitchers stepped up to hand the Huskies a 13-0 shutout on Wednesday. The Aggies have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Huskies, too.

The win keeps St. Agnes at an undefeated 4-0. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 12.8 runs this season. As for North Lakes Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Agnes will welcome Maranatha Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for North Lakes Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Croix Prep at 4:15 p.m. on May 9.
