Baseball Game Preview: Suffield Academy Tigers vs. Wilbraham & Monson Academy Titans

Suffield Academy is 9-1 against Wilbraham & Monson Academy since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Titans at 4:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Suffield Academy has three straight victories, Wilbraham & Monson Academy has seven straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

At the plate, Gabriel Rivera was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. He is becoming a predictor of Suffield Academy's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 2-4 when he doesn't). Benny White was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three runs and one double.
