Basketball Recap: Martin County Comes Up Short

Martin County managed to slip by Pikeville the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Martin County Cardinals lost 47-24 to the Pikeville Panthers on Monday. The game marked the Cardinals' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Martin County's loss dropped their record down to 16-8. As for Pikeville, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-8.

As of now, neither Martin County nor Pikeville have any future games scheduled.
