Baseball Recap: Foxborough Takes a Loss

Foxborough lost against Mansfield back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Warriors fell 7-2 to the Hornets. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Foxborough's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Mansfield, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Foxborough will take on rival North Attleborough at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Warriors 3.8, the Rocketeers 3.1) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Mansfield is set to face off against their familiar foe Canton at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
