Soccer Recap: Chugiak Takes a Loss

If Chugiak was riding high fresh off their 11-0 takedown of Bettye Davis East Anchorage on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mustangs fell 3-1 to the Service Cougars on Saturday.

Chugiak's goal came courtesy of Arrianna Lubeck, who's now up to 11 this season.

Chugiak has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-6-1 record this season. As for Service, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4-2 record this season.

As of now, neither Chugiak nor Service have any future games scheduled.
