Baseball Game Preview: Everett Seagulls vs. Arlington Eagles

Everett is 1-9 against Arlington since April of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Everett Seagulls will look to defend their home field against the Arlington Eagles at 4:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Wednesday, Everett came up short against Ingraham and fell 10-5.

Luca Morales was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kaidden Iverson, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Meanwhile, Arlington had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell just short of Anacortes by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday.
