Football Game Preview: Dover Green Wave vs. Merrimack Tomahawks

The Dover Green Wave will challenge the Merrimack Tomahawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Dover's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Exeter on Friday. They lost to the Blue Hawks on the road by a 14-0 margin. The Green Wave have struggled against the Blue Hawks recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Merrimack). They strolled past Keene with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 44-26. Winning may never get old, but the Tomahawks sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Merrimack now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Dover, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
