Football Recap: Miramar Takes a Loss + How To Watch

There was early excitement for Miramar after they claimed the first score on Friday, but it was McArthur who ended up claiming the real prize. The Patriots took a 24-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustangs. While the Patriots didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Mustangs 7-0 in the first quarter.

Miramar now has a losing record of 1-2. As for McArthur, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Miramar will head out to challenge Mater Academy Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Patriots' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for McArthur, they are taking a road trip to square off against Cypress Bay at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
