Baseball Recap: Kennedy Comes Up Short

Kennedy has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.14 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Friday. They took an 11-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Paul Buckaroos. Surprisingly, this marked the Trojans' third straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 19-2. As for St. Paul, their win bumped their record up to 10-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Kennedy is set to challenge their familiar foe Colton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, St. Paul will face off against rival Western Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Someone's luck will take a turn for the better: the Buckaroos have lost four straight at home , while the Pioneers have lost six on the road.
