Basketball Recap: Whale Branch Warriors vs. Bridges Prep Buccaneers
There's no place like home for Whale Branch, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They blew past the Bridges Prep Buccaneers 47-24 on Tuesday. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Buccaneers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Whale Branch found their leader in sophomore Harmony Prejean, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 14 rebounds. Those 14 boards set a new season-high mark for Prejean. Larmore Pryor was another key player, putting up nine points along with eight rebounds and six assists.
