Baseball Recap: Fairmont Golden Tornadoes vs. Camden County Bruins

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Fairmont walked away with it. They beat the Camden County Bruins on Tuesday by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 4-3. For the Golden Tornadoes, this counts as revenge for the 8-2 win the Bruins walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2023.

Kenley Callahan and Nehemiah Chavis did most of the damage at the plate: Callahan went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI, while Chavis went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI. That's the most hits Callahan has posted since back in April.
