Baseball Recap: Charleston Comes Up Short

Charleston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 11-1 to the Puxico Indians. The Bluejays were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2016.

Charleston's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Puxico, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-6.

While Charleston had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
