The Chisholm Trail Rangers will face off against the Paschal Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Chisholm Trail is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 35.2 points per game this season.

Things were looking good for Chisholm Trail after they put the first points on the board on Thursday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They took a hard 32-14 fall against Arlington Heights. The matchup marked the Rangers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Xavier Rodriguez, who rushed for 107 yards and one score.

Meanwhile, Paschal put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat South Hills 52-14. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 38 points or more this season.

Paschal's win came from a few key players Chisholm Trail will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Truman Shelton, who rushed for 83 yards and three TDs on only eight carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 53 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Jashaun Thomas was another key signal caller, throwing for 193 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes.

Paschal's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Chisholm Trail, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-3.
