Highland hasn't had much luck on the road recently (they'd lost eight straight ) but thanks in part to Britt Reno that streak is no more. The Rams narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Timberline 3-2 with plenty of help from Reno, who had 13 assists and five digs. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last five games she's played.
Highland was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 20-25, 17-25, 27-25, 15-8.
Meanwhile, Canyon Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 35th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Rigby, falling 3-0.
The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-19, 25-14.
Highland's victory bumped their record up to 11-15. As for Canyon Ridge, their loss dropped their record down to 0-19.
