Rock Creek waltzed into their match on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Clay Center Tigers by a score of 54-45. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 54-46 back in January.

Rock Creek's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.8 points over those games. As for Clay Center, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rock Creek will square off against Wamego on Tuesday. Wamego will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Rock Creek surely won't give up without a fight. As for Clay Center, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Tigers face off against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
