With a playoff win on the line, Hickory rose to the challenge on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Seaforth Hawks. The win was nothing new for the Red Tornadoes as they're now sitting on 12 straight.
Hickory was led to victory by Ella Kate Stewart and Emmi Gambill. Stewart had nine digs and two assists, while Gambill had 17 kills, 13 digs, five aces, and two blocks. Gambill is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had eight or more in each of the last 13 games she's played.
